What are your office hours?
Our facility is remotely managed from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Mon – Fri). We also do rentals by appointment on weekends, which you can call and schedule.
How far are you from Willis, TX?
We are 9 miles from Willis, allowing you to get here after a 12-minute drive via TX-75 N. We’re also convenient to New Waverly, Conroe, Coldspring, Panorama Village, and Huntsville, TX.
Where is your office located?
Our office door is visible from the road when you first come in. It is the red door in-between the four self-serve car wash bays. Our drop box is also located on that door for night time drop-offs.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage?
Yes, we do. Our climate-controlled storage units are kept cool, dry, and well protected from the elements because of the top-tier construction. We have hundreds of units of various sizes and types, which are easily visible here on our website.
Is your property secure?
Great question! We offer video surveillance along with code-protected entry. A second level of entry security is maintained by code access to the climate-controlled storage units. We also have covered storage for boats and recreational vehicles.
Do you offer covered RV storage?
We sure do. Our indoor & outdoor boat/RV/vehicle parking units can accommodate campers, boats and trailers, cars, trucks, and more. The access hours are between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm every day. We have covered and uncovered spaces – perfect for various needs.
